Terms & Conditions of the 56b1 — Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to 56b1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by the platform 56b1 at the address 56b1.best, including Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, crash games, and any other online entertainment formats offered now or in the future.

By creating an account on the 56b1, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out here, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each promotion available at Promotions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

The 56b1 operates exclusively for the Brazilian market. All amounts are expressed in BRL (R$). Accepted payment methods are limited to those available to residents in Brazil: Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

To use the services of the 56b1, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information: your full name as it appears on your CPF, a valid CPF, an active email address, and your date of birth. The 56b1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the identity of the account holder — a process known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

The following individuals are eligible to register on the 56b1 only:

• Natural persons aged 18 years or older;
• Residents of Brazil holding a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Individuals who are not prohibited from participating in gambling by court order or active self-exclusion;
• Individuals who are not employees, partners, or immediate family members of 56b1 staff 56b1.

Strictly one account is permitted per CPF, per email address, and per primary device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or bypass restrictions is considered fraud and will result in the permanent blocking of all accounts linked to the same CPF or device.

The 56b1 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available in Brazil: Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card (both domestic and international card brands accepted), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer from accounts held at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions. All amounts are processed exclusively in BRL (R$).

Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00 per transaction. Pix credits appear in the account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the sender's bank. Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 1 business day to clear.

Withdrawals: the minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts. For accounts that have not yet completed the KYC process, processing may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawals are always directed to the same CPF and bank account registered to the account holder — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

• The 56b1 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Pix;
• TED withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by the recipient's bank, not by the 56b1;
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, the 56b1 may hold withdrawals for up to 30 days while conducting an internal investigation, in accordance with Brazilian legal obligations;
• Unconverted bonus balances cannot be withdrawn — only real balance is eligible for withdrawal.

The Sports Betting section of 56b1 covers Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA, UFC, e-sports, and dozens of other sports. The general rules that apply to all Sports Betting on the platform are:

• Accepted bets: only bets confirmed by the system before the event starts are valid. Bets placed after the opening whistle or the official start of the event are automatically cancelled and the amount refunded to your balance;
• Cancelled or postponed events: if a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, pre-match bets are cancelled and the amounts are returned to the bettor's real balance;
• Odds errors: in the event of clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error — such as odds of 100.00 for a near-certain outcome — the 56b1 reserves the right to cancel any affected bets and refund the amount wagered, without paying out any winnings;
• Live Betting: live odds update in real time. The 56b1 may suspend live markets at any time in situations such as a confirmed goal, a VAR review, or a technical in-game event;
• Maximum win limit: the maximum payout per single bet is R$ 500,000.00. Accumulator bets have a maximum win limit of R$ 1,000,000.00 per slip.

The 56b1 regularly offers welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins on slots, odds boosts on Sports Betting, and themed promotions tied to events such as the Copa do Brasil and Brasileirão. Each promotion has its own specific rules available on the Promotions. The general rules that apply to all bonuses on the 56b1 are:

• Rollover: every bonus granted requires the amount to be wagered a minimum number of times (rollover) before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for welcome bonuses on the 56b1 is 30x the bonus amount received;
• Validity period: unused bonuses that expire before the deadline stated in the promotion are automatically cancelled. The standard validity period is 30 calendar days from the activation date;
• Contribution by game type: slots bets contribute 100% of their value toward the rollover; sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; crash games (Aviator, Spaceman) contribute 10%; bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover;
• Account usage: each bonus may be activated once per CPF, email address, device, and IP address. Attempts to activate the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved;
• Free spins have a fixed value per spin as specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance and subject to the rollover of the corresponding promotion.

The VIP Program of 56b1 has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each offering greater benefits than the last. Progression is calculated based on the total betting volume on the platform over defined periods. VIP points are earned on real-money bets only (bets placed with bonus balance do not count).

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday based on the net negative balance from the previous week (losses minus winnings). The cashback percentage ranges from 3% (Bronze) to 20% (Diamond). Cashback is credited as bonus balance subject to a 1x rollover — meaning it only needs to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.

VIP Program benefits — including cashback, free spins, odds boosts, and access to exclusive tables — are for personal use and are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer VIP benefits between accounts will result in the cancellation of those benefits and possible closure of the accounts involved.

Use of the platform 56b1 is subject to compliance with minimum standards of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses or circumvent established limits;
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Any form of money laundering — including deposits and withdrawals with no significant wagering activity in between;
• Deliberately exploiting odds errors or technical glitches on the platform to obtain unintended winnings;
• Match-fixing or participation in any scheme to manipulate sporting results that affects bets placed on the platform;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Use of a VPN or any location-masking technology to access the 56b1 from jurisdictions where the platform does not operate.

The 56b1 continuously monitors for suspicious activity. Accounts found to be in breach of any of the above will have access blocked, bonus balance cancelled, and real balance held pending investigation. Activities that constitute a criminal offence — such as money laundering — will be reported to the relevant Brazilian authorities, including COAF (Financial Activities Control Council).

The 56b1 processes its users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for: service operation, identity verification, payment processing, promotional communications (with opt-out option), and compliance with legal obligations.

The 56b1 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the data subject. The 56b1 believes that healthy entertainment requires limits. That's why the platform offers the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard of any registered player:

• Daily deposit limit: you can set a maximum deposit amount per day. Once active, the limit can only be decreased immediately — increases take 24 hours to take effect;
• Bet limit: sets the maximum amount per individual sports bet or per round in slots;
• Session time limit: sets alerts or automatic disconnection after a set period of continuous play;
• Temporary self-exclusion: locks account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — activated immediately from the dashboard, with no need to contact support;

You can request the voluntary closure of your account at the 56b1 at any time via live chat or email. Any real balance available in the account will be returned via Pix to the registered CPF, after KYC verification if not yet completed. Unconverted bonus balance is cancelled upon closure.

The 56b1 may unilaterally suspend or close accounts in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, multiple accounts, or bonus abuse;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be archived, with prior notice sent by email;
• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Court order or request by a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, the bonus balance is forfeited and the real-money balance is held for up to 30 days for verification. After that period, any real-money balance confirmed as legitimate will be returned to the account holder via Pix, upon submission of the required documentation.

The 56b1 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those affecting users' financial or access rights — will be communicated by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with a communicated change, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For dispute resolution, the parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
